Shipping Policy

Krikos Life — shipping across Europe and beyond
We ship every piece from our workshop in Bulgaria across Europe and beyond. Each item is packed by hand with care — wood deserves gentle handling.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Please allow the following business days for processing your order before it ships. Processing time depends on whether the item is in stock or made to order.

In-stock items:
Memories modules: 2–3 business days
Stories sets: 2–3 business days
Accessories: 2–3 business days

Made to order:
Modules and sets in other wood species: 7–14 business days
Custom configurations: 10–14 business days

Orders are processed on business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING RATES

EUROPE:
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING: on orders over €100
Standard shipping: €10 — 3–8 business days after processing
Express shipping: €25 — 1–4 business days after processing

LARGE ITEMS (large systems, pre-assembled modules):
Standard shipping: €25 — 3–8 business days
Express shipping: €50 — 1–4 business days

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Shipping cost, estimated import tax (if applicable) and time frame will be calculated at checkout — depending on your location, order size and weight.

Shipping times are approximate and may vary based on destination.

VAT, CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
If your delivery country charges customs or import duties, these will be charged once the package reaches the destination country. You will be responsible for paying these charges. This also applies to gifts or purchases made on behalf of another recipient.

Unfortunately, we cannot control customs and import charges and cannot tell you the exact amount before you order. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can follow your package every step of the way.

PACKAGING
Every piece is wrapped by hand using protective materials suitable for wood and metal. We take extra care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition — the same way it left our workshop.
